Oct 5th 2006 5:26PM This is starting to remind me of the whole GPS constellation debacle. US built it, US maintains it, everybody else b*tched and moaned, we gave 'em access. Others realized that it was far more accurate than the signal being given access too, so they lobbied. Clinton gave access, next thing we know GPS is used to guide hostile missiles with pinpoint accuracy AGAINST the country that BUILT and MAINTAINS it.

How is this relevant?
