Apr 15th 2009 9:24PM Maybe we could get this economy working once more by stopping our pointless wars and reinvesting the money we spend overseas inside this country instead.
Fusion power would be nice to eventually develop, but using our solar and wind resources could help us gain energy independence. Also upgrading our infrastructure would create plenty of jobs in the process. Specifically public transportation, electricity grids, and our cyber infrastructure.
Universal healthcare to cut down the bureaucracy in medicine would be another fix.
