Feb 15th 2008 1:58AM maybe it's me but I don't see what's so attractive about this. i can only imagine a holy hell of RF interference issues as you move the innards into increasingly different mechanical housings... say you change the ergo, maybe a touch wheel, joystick, d-pad... how is software going to accommodate for something that happens a year down the road?

Feb 12th 2008 10:23PM the other problem, which is the more important and dorkier aspect, is that the wimax spectrums and wifi are close to each other and have the potential of interfering with each other. it will be an interesting challenge to see how vendors deal with the coexistence of wifi, wimax, and bluetooth as they are all in the 2.xx GHz bands

Motorola just needs someone at the helm that is willing to take on carriers who dictate what they want and don't want on phones (and ruin the product) and is visionary.
