Feb 24th 2009 12:53AM Actually there are a few programs that are much better than that feature.. A few of em will alert you when a new sim is detected. So if that phone ever catches a signal again it will be wiped or locked. And the software cant be erased unless you wipe the phone yourself. I use Sprite Terminator.. Its worth the price.. This is one of the many reasons I'm with Wm over anyone else you get applications that actually do things..

Because mine on sprint is just as fast as any iphone or bb out the box.. and the processor is plenty fast.. what phone in the US has a faster one??? With 288mb ram, and 3d graphics acceleration.. lmao what are you talking about??? And this phone will have android and wm 6.5 in a few months.. Android isnt nothing to go bragging about its still in its infant stages.. It has great ideas its great that its open but it looks like blah.. and the iphone is like the only smart phone with no today screen.. Lmao stop complaining... people always complain about windows problem (it does have lots, but they all do) go buy your magical perfect phone that doesnt exist

Feb 16th 2009 7:16PM No wm is the best mobile smartphone os.. It isnt the prettiest or the easiest to use.. But it is the most capable, versatile, and powerful... period. If you want an app store with a bunch of cute useless apps go get an iphone. If you want real mobile multmedia, being able to share your net connection with other devices, multi-tasking, customizable homescreens.. go with wm mobile.. Every smartphone has tons of problems.. Its just that with WM you can fix some.. with others you cant.. I have had 2 touch pros and my sis has had 2 they were all fast out the box.. with the mogul I used custom roms to make it faster the touch pro doesnt need any tweaks or custom roms.. its as fast as any bb or iphone out the box.. i love it make iphone users jealous all day lol

Jan 16th 2009 3:36PM Because the Iphone is so limited.. Its barely even a smartphone, but its more powerful than most smartphones out.. Apple just plain wont let you do much with it, it doesnt have any buttons, and the app store (crapp store) cuts legitimate programs for almost no reason... So things like skyfire, wmwifi router, the core pocket media player (with youtube play and download) will most likely never happen.. If apple doesnt want its "smartphone" to have cut and paste why would you waste money on developing an innovative app.. I wouldnt.. So we have iFart and fake mario kart games... How is a voice recorder a top ten business app.. But on the other hand apple can be so restrictive because WM is so outdated.. If wm7 is anything close to android or web os in being user friendly, apple WILL have to give up more..

Jan 14th 2009 12:22PM yes opera is at the least equal to safari.. i put my touch pro next to an iphone.. i believe safari renders slightly faster but opera auto adjusts text when u zoom and is all the way configurable.. i changed my opera to tell websites its firefox on a windows xp machine so i dont get mobile sites.. And to the other guy palm may be almost dead but they are far from broke venture capitalists gave them a few hundred million recently.

The snobby rich guy who compares thousand dollar watches that barely look better than an 80 dollar watch will get this to impress his friend... This is for the guy worth a quarter billion who uses a razor.. because his "smartphone" isnt a personal digital assistant its just a personal assistant.. Moto is trying to create a new "superphone" category because they cant compete with HTC, Samsung, and LG... But honestly if you collect expensive watches this might be the must have phone.. because most High end phones are ugly as hell and dont warrant the price.. This phone is actually worth the price if it is really made as high quality as they say.. the sapphire lens over the screen, they viewable gears and bearings.. I doubt there is a higher quality phone out
