HTC Touch Diamond2 hitting Taiwan this month
According to MobileTechReview the HTC Touch Diamond2 is due out this month in Taiwan. Local price is NT$21,900 (US$648.93) and it'll come with a 8GB memory card inside the box. Still no US release date, but with the UK version reportedly launching next week, we wouldn't be surprise if April was the lucky month for a stateside debut, as well.

So..AT&T I hope??? I'm either getting this or the TP2 but if this comes out first I'll probably just go w/ the Diamond 2.

Had they not removed the 3.5mm jack that the Touch HD has, I'd start practicing my queuing right now. doubleplusungood

i would be *very* surprised if it launched this quarter in the US. From HTC's PR:
"The HTC Touch Diamond2 will be available to customers across major European and Asian markets in early Q2 2009 with broader global availability coming later in the year. The Touch Pro2 will be available across major global markets beginning in early summer."
i'd really guess a Q4 release for the Touch Pro 2 on AT&T as that's when they released the Touch Pro, although i'd love for either unit to arrive sooner.
