Nokia ships half a million 5800 XpressMusic handsets in 30 days
If this were coming from any other mouth, we'd definitely second guess it. As it stands, though, it's hard to dispute the words of Nokia's CEO when it comes to matters involving Nokia. Mr. Olli Pekka Kallasvuo stated rather proudly during the firm's Q4 results call that it had shipped just over 500,000 5800 XpressMusic mobiles (better known as the Tube) in just 30 days. That figure becomes even more impressive when you realize that shipments only occurred in select markets, though it should be noted that "units shipped" and "units sold to end users" could indeed be very different things. Still, half a million in just a month ain't too shabby in today's economy, so here's the kudos you're clearly due, Nokia.

This phone is the first real iPhone Killer on the market : easy to use touch interface and way more complete than Apple's phone.

Fernando, where are you getting your numbers from?
I can't find any official Nokia sources saying that they've SOLD 500,000 5800s.

it was mentioned by OPK, in a conference call, and AAS was there, check the read link on the article

Yes, I clicked the link and guess what I found:
"Nokia 5800 XpressMusic shipped slightly more than 0.5 million units in the last 30 days of Q4"
Shipped, not sold. The only person who said sold was the Nokia fanboy who wrote that article.

- MicroSD reader (the phone is sold with a 8 or 16gb card), which means you can easely share and grab your files, music, videos, and put them in a computer without having to install a specific software
- USB MTP support, which means you can use it as a usb key (again, no need of dedicated software which is usefull if you're on someone's computer and not yours)
- a 'physical' lock switch,
- physical buttons to call and end calls
- MMS support
- copy/paste features (which is usefull when you browse the internet for example)
