LG Wine now available on US Cellular for $29.95 on contract
You'll never catch us recommending that one engage in the precarious act of drunk dialing, but those scouting a phone to appropriately showcase their adoration for fine adult beverages can finally do so on US Cellular. Starting today, the LG Wine (UX280) is available in two hues from the carrier, and both are running just $29.95 after applicable rebates and a 2-year contract. What's the off contract price, you ask? $179.95 with no strings attached.

Heads up, the read link points to Hyundai entering mobile phone manufacturing and not the US Cellular LG Wine page.

What i dont get is y LG and Samsung offer some great phones on no name or regional carriers? Example: LG Glimmer and Samsung Delve only for Alltel and USCC, y not Sprint or Verizon? Anyone care to shed some light on this?

Well, don't worry about the Alltel phones, now that Alltel is part of Verizon.

luv_carrier_branding, LG and Samsung would love to offer these handsets with Sprint and Verizon, but a lot of times the carrier actually turns them down. I heard from someone within Sprint that they actually turned down the Glimmer and many more handsets from Samsung and LG. Sucks, don't it. BTW, the Delve is pretty much the Instinct which Sprint currently offers.
