Visual Voicemail purportedly appears on BlackBerry Bold
We can't exactly say we know what's up with the image above, but word on the street has it that this just popped up on a BlackBerry Bold running v4.6.0.219 on AT&T. Upon trying to launch it, the user was greeted with a conspicuous error about provisioning being unsuccessful, but outside of that, it's shrouded in mystery. So, has anyone else seen hints of Visual Voicemail anywhere? Consider our curiosity markedly piqued.

I have a bold running 4.6.0.167 - checking for a software upgrade states there is "No Upgrades Available"

You must download the new OS upgrade before you can even bother to click "Check for Upgrades"

That's because its a beta version that hasn't been released yet.

Doesn't mean no one with a bold doesn't have it ;)

Would love to know how I could lay hands on that beta version.

Have .219 on mine and yes there is a VVM icon. I called ATT to ask about it and they are in the process of getting the rights to use and send out provisioning for the service. And you can find beta OS's online....just look for them. I will warn that you can brick your phone if you do it wrong....
About to go with .221 to see if there are any noticeable differences as well.

Just upgraded to .228 (about 15 minutes ago). I have the icon too, but still get the same message. I'm pretty excited about this function - hope AT&T can get it figured out sooner than later.
