Aside from the stuff already listed (which are all necessary improvements), give it dedicated video ram/gpu. Manila is a resource hog and aside from the fact that simple tasks like opening SMS clients and launching the phone dialer require a count in seconds, the interface is outright slooooow simply scrolling through manila's own interface pages. It's slow after that emergency rom update. It's slow after custom loaders and RUUs. So pretty and so gutless under the hood.

The other issues? Stick a memory slot in the diamond and for the prices of either I should get a dock and free pair of earplugs, especially if they have that freaky sqaure mini-usb plug for audio.
