I was going to do a 4 line family plan order through them a few years ago. I researched about them as much as I could by reading reviews, reading all of the terms on the rebates. I read and heard they use sneaky tactics to try to make you lose out on the rebate -- not worth the aggravation is basically the short of it.

this requires a data plan
so if you only plan to use wifi (wink wink), this is going to be more expensive
