Yes, some languages do. French keyboards also swap the Q/A and W/Z. They're called AZERTY.
I'm pretty disgusted with the iPhone's sluggishness and instability since V2, and would like to switch back to WinMo. But the thought that in this day and age you have to poke this thing with a pointy stick to make it work is just ridiculous.
