well i thought that was kind of odd that a smartphone in this day and age didnt have POP3/IMAP access support. on my Q9c, the only email it shows out of the box is my Outlook email (which is coincidentally linked to my Gmail account anyway) but a quick trip to the settings menu allows me to add more email accounts (most of which auto complete setup with me simply entering my email address). either way, hope you find a solution to your problem.
