I say T-Mobile approaches NextGen and takes them under its wing.
Help out the little guy and the ROI will be tremendous.
Also it wouldnt hurt to have Verizon choke on its puke every now and again.

T-Mobile has a partnership with the Cellular One group, which I believe is pretty much the same carriers (all GSM based anyway). Seems like these are fairly overlapping efforts...
