yep, it helps with speed and offers a full screen mode if you hit the voice command button when in the browser. there is also an update planned in the next few weeks that will add support for lcdui (basically, allowing the keyboard to be accessed in java apps such as google maps, etc) and viewing of office and pdf files. possibly even exchange calendar support. the diamond and pro might be better business devices, but sprint and sammy seem committed to making the instinct better
