I know the cult of Mac has everyone brainwashed into beleving all things Apple are great and all... but Zune is DRM free, iTunes is not. I felt that the only thing lacking was the ability to sync to other devices like my WM5 phone or our Sansa which normal Media Player will do. <br><br>so, this is a no brainer for the phones, especially if it's a replacement for the (barely adequate) WMP10 that's in Windows Mobile 5 and 6. but they still need to open up sync support on the desktop with other players if they're going to put any sort of dent in the iTunes dominance. <br><br>speaking as an iTunes / iPod defector, those who trash the Zune, usually haven't used a Zune. the new desktop software is by far the best living room media player experience yet, so much that I wish they'd find a way to replace/integrate it into the Vista Media Center too. but the "Social".... meh... ]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[orbital]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Oct 3rd 2008 11:15AM</pubDate></item><item><title><![CDATA[Comments on Steve Ballmer confirms Zune coming to Windows Mobile]]></title><link>http://www.engadgetmobile.com/2008/10/02/steve-ballmer-confirms-zune-coming-to-windows-mobile/</link><guid isPermaLink="true">http://www.engadgetmobile.com/2008/10/02/steve-ballmer-confirms-zune-coming-to-windows-mobile/</guid><description><![CDATA[about time.
