For all intents and purposes, they are pretty much an MVNO now, huh? That's crazy! While I'm sure they'll appreciate the money, it seems very emasculating (I can't think of a better term) to own not even the majority your own cell towers, in my opinion. What would happen if TowerCo were to just forego the lease? Not that that's likely to happen, but it's funny to think anyway...
Exactly my though. An interesting path...from MNO to MVNO to DMVNO (that D stands for dead). At last someone agreed to pick up the hammer and punch that nail into Sprint's coffin. Long live GSM.... I bid farewell to CDMA madness.
