that seems to be the trend now here in the states with everything. as speeds get higher, they have started putting caps on downloads. the PR spin i keep seeing is that it is to stop piracy. because if you download that much, you are apparently stealing.....not buying from Netflix, iTunes, or Steam......but stealing. truly unlimited options are apparently on the way out, and i dont really know why to be completely honest.
