cells using different/more detailed specifics such as ZIP codes?

A: Dan, thanks for this important question about how we will
depict 3G coverage to improve our customers' experience. The
Personal Coverage Check (PCC) tool will be updated this month to include
3G coverage. The PCC update adds a new map to illustrate 3G high-speed
data coverage in conjunction with existing EDGE/GPRS coverage."
