The only real clout that you've got against schmucks like apple (apart from not buying one of their products, of course) is to just wait them out. Bigger memory, better software, hell, even better hardware a fair amount of the time. Just got to hold out until they FINALLY pony up the machine you want. If i could have the 64Gb now, well, that would be my phone-buying career over for quite a few years i'd think, but the way these people work, i'll settle for the Pay-as-you-go 32Gb.
