im wondering the same thing. my Q9c keeps dying on me. i had a Q9m for 6 months until it died finally, took it back and they gave me a Q9c which i have had to master reset 5 times in the month i've had it. im just waiting until the 800w comes out so i can go cause a fuss and see if they can give me that instead, or at least a discount. come on Verizon! lets get it done already.
