Cant be legit because this guy is also selling a nokia n96 16gb. Thats not even out. so cant be real

There are a TON of companies out there that get devices way early so they can develop for them. So, yes it could very, very easily be real, just not ethical or in line with the NDA he may have signed. He most likely stole it from his company or whatever. How nice.
