You're being underwhelmed by THE ICONS?!!!?! Are the Android icons any more exciting? And it seems you can't wait for the first device to be released. I mean, neither can I, but come on... THE ICONS?!!?!

I think he is refering to the fact that the icons take up so much of the screen real estate, not the icons themselves

i agree. i can't believe they're complaining about the icons. those could be changed via a update. how about the important stuff, like how well/fast it renders web pages? i guess engadget cares more about form over function??? o_O

Great to see that they don't have any side bar for scrolling and gone more like a'la iphone(and that's a good thing)

Really happy with the screen! Too bad that the guy who did take the picture didn't have any pic from some page not using Asian fonts
