Mark/Space offers up Missing Sync for Symbian

Just over a month after surfacing in Preview form, Mark/Space has loosed the finalized version of The Missing Sync for Symbian on the world. Yes, Mac lovers, this means you can now get your beloved computer to play nice with your Sony Ericsson, Motorola or Nokia-based S60 / UIQ handset. There's even a swank Proximity Syncing feature that enables your mobile and Mac to exchange hellos (and sync, obviously) whenever they are within Bluetooth (around 30-feet) range. The download is available now for $39.95, while packs with more licenses are available for $169.79 and up. Who's game to give it a go and confess whether or not it was worth the coin?

i have the software but dont use it due to the fact that the company sucks at getting their hands on mac os releases and updates early...the program hasn't worked right since tiger. back in the day where everything work. when leopard came out it was a good month before syncing by usb not bluetooth like i wanted kinda happen and when my MotoQ 9c up dated to 6.1 the program just sits there on my mac taken up space. having too opposite gadgets in the same house is like babysitting two girls as they fight over whos cuter, justin timberlake or orlando blooms....the only way out is to either kill them both or drink until you pass out.

I use Missing Sync between my HTC Diamond and my macbook and all works great. Not had a problem with it yet!

I LOVE this product! It does exactly what it says it will do and it is VERY easy to use. If you have a Mac and a Blackberry you MUST have Missing Sync.

Hi,
What i would like to know is if "The Missing Sync" software synchronises "Mail" from mac. If not, how do you guys synchronise your emails? Entourage?

I have an Iphone and I'm not happy with it at all. You can't send or receive Vcards, you can't transfer downloaded attachments to the internal hard drive or to your computer, you can't connect you Iphone to a macbook and use the 3G connection on your laptop, etc ...
I want to use the Iphone as a real workhorse, i dont have it for the gadgets (though i really think those are cool).

So planning, to buy an HTC S740, but i'm curious how it works with "Mail".
