It working here at the Starbucks in Laguna Hills.

And what do you mean 'that one other place'? Now that they have Starbucks, McDonalds, Barnes & Noble, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and some hotels and airports, I am finding ATT hotspots WAY more often than I find TMobile ones.

Other than Kinkos and Borders (which are not as readily available as Starbucks and McDonalds) I rarely see Tmobile anymore.

Then if you want to sign up for a paid account, they add roaming partners which ups the total to 71,000 hotspots worldwide. Tmobile's partners offer up 45,000 spots worldwide. And I used to be a TMobile hotspot subscriber, and I will tell you that their plans were more expensive than AT&T's. ATT offers $7.99 per 24 hours if you don'y have a iphone or account, TMobile is $9.99 per day. ATT also offers 2 hours for $3. Tmobile is $6 for 1 hr.

And if you want the unlimited plan, ATT offers worldwide unlimited for $19.99 per month. Tmobile's is $29.99 per month and if you are outside the US you have to apy an additional roaming charge of .10-.25 cents per minute when using a partners' network.

And to top it all off, if you are a ATT DSL subscriber, you can get the worldwide Premier membership for $9.99, or even free if you have the ATT DSL Elite package.

ATT was late to the Hot Spot game, but they have blown TMobile away in the last year. And the fact that it's free for iphone's is icing on the cake!
