Sounds great (like all govt progs) until you realize the criminal factions in the government that are behind this. Just like the massive numbers of the "security" cams going up everywhere, mobilizing a citizen police force is part of the greater plan to destroy our free society. This is not ultimately about our safety, but rather @ our control!
