momo, you sound like one of those over zealous verizon employees. I know you're not though because if you were you'd know that there is no $50 deductible to replace a phone. I've already had to get two new ones. This tip was intended for those who may be in my situation, not for ignorant idiots trying to be funny. Maybe you being so smart yourself would just keep an old phone rather than getting a replacement at no charge. That sounds soooooo. smart - Moron!
