While you're waiting for LG's very latest Chocolate to show up in Verizon stores next month, have a gander at some high-quality shots of the clamshell -- which we understand is not actually edible, by the by. The
Chocolate 3 will be available in both black and blue (to start, anyway, though we wouldn't be surprised to see a few more over the course of the phone's lifespan) and features a full gigabyte of internal storage for the tunes in addition to the standard microSD slot. That's one heck of a secondary display there, isn't it?

any news on the new "Voyager Refresh"?
TJ @ Jun 26th 2008 2:08PM
I almost lost my lunch when I saw that powderpuff aqua blue-green color.
Will @ Jun 26th 2008 2:14PM
That's so fugly.

Those actually, IMHO don't look to bad for consumer oriented mutlimedia devices. I bet they will sell well.
I don't use Verizon myself since I prefer the GSM lifestyle, but their lineup seems to get better and better everytime I look.
Verizon seems to put their best foot forward with their LG lineup and includes most high end features you could expect.

Oh my God. LG, you lost me.
acme @ Jun 26th 2008 5:51PM

Looks a little pudgy to me.

It looks like a Razr. A fat razr.
jbellessa87 @ Jun 26th 2008 3:32PM
Personally I think the black looks pretty slick. As far as the blue goes.... well, people bought the original chocolate in that God-awful green; surely someone will buy this.
JoeyStyles @ Jun 26th 2008 3:34PM
this looks line the LGVX 8600 on the inside which sucks but the outside display is huge. this phone looks like something that could drop in Japan than the us
Fernando @ Jun 26th 2008 5:20PM
Wasn't the original a slider? Why a clamshell this time?
El Taco @ Jun 26th 2008 6:59PM
I agree. I like the slider phones much more than flip phones. I would've gotten this (my contract expires in a month) but I don't care for flip phones.
Lg Dare, here I come!
RC @ Jun 26th 2008 7:43PM
Looks like a Musiq
elgee02 @ Jun 26th 2008 11:58PM
Lol @ everyone calling this ugly. I don't think LG or VZW's intent here was a breakthough stylish device here, just a nice music-centric flip phone, and it looks like they succeeded in that too.
maxxwizard @ Jun 30th 2008 10:47AM
just because it's feature-filled doesn't mean that it has to be ugly. i wish verizon would be more picky in its phones... LG makes some great phones (they're one of my fave vendors) but this isn't one of them.
Gerardo @ Jun 27th 2008 12:29PM
ugly as hell, looks like the muziq
RC @ Jun 29th 2008 12:51AM
Shoulda stayed with a slider form factor.
A @ Jun 29th 2008 11:14PM
Oh. My. Gawd. I think I just threw up in my mouth.
Chkninabscut @ Jul 8th 2008 6:36PM
