'litigious ways'? 'sit on their patents'? This post more than anything confirms the accusations of engadget being an apple fanboy site. Get your head out of Steve Job's ass - he has been proven on MANY occasions to steal intellectual property and let the lawyers strongarm the situation once the dust settles.
Sounds as if Klausner was protecting intellectual property. The fact being that Apple and AT&T settled, is proof that Klausner had a strong case.
What is bullshit is companies like these patenting EVERYTHING they think of and have no intention of using it ever and only patent it so when someone ELSE uses it, they get free money.
