god that looks a hell of a lot like the apple keyboard and scroll software on iPods and the iPhone

You're very ignorant. What do you want Microsoft to do, make their keyboard a non-qwerty? Have a black & white screen? Apple fanboys are the worst- this coming from an Apple, Microsoft, and RIM product owner and fan.
