i can't believe they showed the "loading", "creating list" and "please wait" parts on their flashy promo video.

yes- that loading songs (refreshing) takes 4ever on SE's current crop (at least the K850).

That's not a promo video. That's a Demo tour. You see, SE makes 2 kinds of videos for their phones - promo videos and demo tours. The latter kind is present only in the phone... for informational purposes.
