Reason might be that Nokia havent done "real" phones for cdma markets as Nokia's main market is Europe and Asia where cdma dosent really exist so they have some phones with just new shells...sometimes even not that for cdma users Of course Nokia and all big 5 players still make phones with small screens. They are called budget phones. Nokia has huge portfolio of phones and that's why these companies like Sams, SE and Nokia are the leaders. Example Nokia 1100 that has sold over 200 million phones(most sold electronic device ever). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nokia_1101 All the way to Vertu and 8xxx series that are most sold in their segments and smartphones they lead by 50%.

Actually, CDMA is alive and kicking in Asia, and in China especially Nokia has nicer CDMA phones than that.
