Motorola's unannounced ZN200 slider catches FCC's eye
Whoa, are we sensing a totally new design direction here? We still have no clue what ZINE is supposed to mean or stand for, but another model in the presumed new Moto series has just popped up in the FCC's system, the ZN200 slider. As usual, there's no North American 3G here, but at least it hangs on both 850 and 1900 for GSM and features a 2 megapixel camera. Our guess is that it's likely MOTOMAGX powered and destined for select Asian markets, an area Motorola's been having moderate success in at a time when the remainder of its global handset business is in need of some serious nitro. It's just as well -- this one isn't doing much for us.

Is the FCC looking more like Hannibal Lecter?
Wonder if that would scare Comcast more...

Is it just me or does this look like all those chinese knockoff? It has a decidedly CECT feel about it, what with the cheap plastic highly-reflective chrome, high chamfer and garish highlights.

The upper part with the moto logo and speaker grill on the front, as well as most of the back looks very close to the c168/i. I had one, made for a great cheap phone. Maybe this is being targeted at the low end.
One can only hope
