If you're going to make a fake, at least make it look better than the original iPhone. The easiest way to tell if it's a fake is "That thing is ugly. Next."
Looks so real but it would have been better with a screen shot of the actual UI turned on. It's only 2 days away. I'm sure we can all wait...patiently!
the reflection isn't misaligned, it's reflecting the letter not the cd. The chances of this being real are pretty slim though. The object itself is real, but it could just as easily be a mockup made to look like a 3g iPhone. Anyone will post anything to get hits.
For som reason Ricker's comments appear "tongue-in-check". The reflection comes from the covering over the box containing the iPhone. The software CD's, Terms and Conditions letter, etc., all say this is the new iPhone; albeit a dummy unit. And is probably not the only "flavor" in which it will be offered.

By the way, the reflection isn't misaligned; the note is folded over at the top, which is what is being reflected.
