i think the point was that the xperia being only the slightest bit thicker makes the iphone look "portly" due to the fact we're talking about a phone with a slideout keyboard, compared to one without. and that touch diamond is downright sweet looking. let's face it folks, the hype machine is grinding to a halt - no '5 generations ahead of its time' bs flies anymore, the iphone is quickly being shown as just another phone.

The iPhone looking portly? The Xperia look about 40% thicker, QWERTY or no, that thing is going to make a big dent in your pocket!
