That seems to require some more testing. There has not been any cases of bricking a phone but some t-mobile users are reporting issues with their SIM card. I can confirm it works with 8310, 8100, 8110, 8800, & 8820 like a charm.

If your interested in T-mobile UMA support look for the older OS 4.5.0.18 which worked fine with UMA from what I remember. No promises. :)
