Not with the 906 series right now. the 905 series can be used using a hypersim. im using two SE SO905iCS in toronto right now and it works great. and i have sold many DoCoMo 905 series phones.

you say envy japan,but;
- Flat rate data costs about $60 or more with voice.
- No Flat-rate for use with PC(like Bluetooth DUN).
- No MIDP, No Smartphone OS, so no Opera. neither Native nor Java.
- mp3 playbacks even locked for "copyright protection",
WMA supported though.
- You can't buy cheap because of twice-a-year updates.
actually I envy the world with Flat-rate DUNs and stable smartphones.
