I'm from Australia...
And here we know Telstra is not particularly good at keeping their word.

Disregarding this I still call bullshit - what chance is there that apple is going to make a device that will have its battery chewed out like this... Particularly somewhere like here where ADSL2+ and Cable are the standard "fast" internet connections here - clocking in at about 20mbps each.

42mbps on a mobile? Not happening here at the very least.
