Their service and call quality in my region has declined.  And their customer service, formerly one of their best selling points, is now struggling to keep up with the other mediocre providers. All they are releasing is more low-end junk.  T-Mobile has got exactly 0 cutting   edge exciting new phones.  There are some vague rumors about some things coming out in some undisclosed far future that will most likely not be seen this year - this is a sad pathetic situation and it's got me looking elsewhere at this point.  Maybe in two years they can turn this around but the near future for T-Mobile is looking depressing to me.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Bob]]></dc:creator><pubDate>May 22nd 2008 6:52PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
