Ricky - THATS HILARIOUS !!!

Anywho - in a twist of fate, I tried this the other day (before the news broke), on an unactivated phone roaming on American Roaming Network, and sure enough if you press the key saying its a landline number, it will call and bill to your mobile phone.

It does work kiddies - so pay attention
