Perhaps though we should just stick with the facts and not let our personal opinions or natural biases affect the topic.

The product looks interesting. Whether or not the local T-Mobile network is great or not is irrelevant to me since wireless technology doesn't guarantee anyone flawless coverage everywhere. Some of the people saying T-Mobile "sucks," in such generalities are lame because service quality differs from block to block with all carriers.

I believe this will sell well. Heck, RIM's stock surged on its news and if marketed right, this looks like a hit - 3G or not. There are lots of reasons why people buy products and their reasons may be just a bit over the head of some cell phone junkies comprehension.

Look outside the box sometimes.
