It almost sounds like Qualcomm is saying to Sprint "yes, you can have exclusive use of the 'Q-Chat' PTT system we developed" and to Verizon "you can use this PTT system we developed, just don't call it 'Q-Chat' - that's Sprint's name for it."Actually sounds a bit shady. :(
