Alltel scores the BlackBerry Curve 8330, too
Not to be outdone by Verizon and Sprint (and pretty much everyone else with a CDMA network), Alltel's gone ahead and tacked the Curve 8330 onto its roadmap as well. Can you get it now? No, not quite, but it'll hit on May 1 in "titanium" for $229.99 after the full host of discounts and rebates has been applied on contract. Yeah, it sucks that you have to wait a few more days to pick it up, but you can feel free to place your pre-order now if you like over on Alltel's site.

Alltel! F****ng Alltel has this now! This is rediculous, I don't get Sprint, I dont' see why they are waiting to release this thing. Don't they know there are like 7 of us waiting for them to release this phone. All Alltel has is that guy who is probably the older brother of the "Dude, you should have got a Dell" guy and those lame commercials.
That's it, I'm going to ATT and getting a Pantech Duo or something.
Alltel!!!

Lately Alltel is getting better at releasing phones. Although I'm still kind of bummed about them doing everything to block MP3 ringtones and making us pay $2.99 a tone. However we're finding hacks to work around this. :)
