exactly, they are both awful looking handsets. don't even get me started on how much i hate toshiba.

@Mike: They're both old-people phones, as I recall, which is why they're ugly and have huge ass buttons and the three speed dial buttons under the screen. They also have little functionality (intentionally), and simplified menus. They're comparable to the Jitterbug. http://www.jitterbug.com/Phones.aspx
