FCC approves Nokia N78's North American 3G version, too

So, tell me if I'm wrong here, it seems to me that the N78 is just a redisigned N73 with GPS and Wifi? And now that there will be a North American version with 3G?

Why the hell can't there be a North American version of the N82? Huh? Please someone tell me that?

The N82 is the upgrade to my N73 that makes sense. 5MP camera with Xenon flash! Give me one with NA 3G and I'll be super fucking happy! Hell, I'll be willing to shell out the $700 for that! Not without the NA 3G though... without that I'm sticking with my N73. (Although, if I could sell my N73 and only have to fork out $250 or something close for a North American N78 I might just do that instead of waiting for Nokia to get off their asses.)
