if they had just used that keypad design on the w580i.... why, sony ericsson, why?? you know i love you!

here's hoping they make a higher-end walkman phone with a similar keypad and exterior design. just lose the send/end keys, i prefer my traditional sony ericsson back and clear. (definitely a sign this is a lower-end phone.. only they've started putting on the higher ends, too, now.. boooo)

they changed their standard platform from the old A100 (back and clear) to A200 (talk and end). so you'll be seeing this from now on. don't be discouraged tho... SE is still the most user friendly in the business.

the end key is just as functional as the back. trust me. ;)

i remember reading about that, but they have since released newer phones that still have back and clear. i still have hope. back and clear is more forward-thinking than the restrictive 'send/end' concept, i think. oh well.

this new sony ericsson still looks good. just wish it were a mid- or high-end phone!
