Now comes word from LG CEO for mobile Skott Ahn that the company has "never looked to buy Motorola," echoing a similar sentiment from Sony Ericsson, which had also been rumored as a possible buyer for Motorola's cellphone division. In other LG news, the company reportedly downplayed talk that it was planning to introduce a sub-$25 phone, but says it still plans to expand into emerging markets, and that it is "comfortable" it'll ship more than 100 million handsets worldwide this year.
