A thing to remind American readers - your currency is in the toilet. Just because they're charging $650USD overseas does not mean it's a $650 phone. If this phone had come out two years ago it'd be a $400 phone (at the same 449 price).
And if you're not on contract, HTC phones (even the Touch) run you about $400 minimum, so I'm not surprised.
