Helio is terminally ill, and will die soon if they don't get it together. Their customer service is atrocious. When I cancelled one of my two lines a few months ago, I was told that I would not get an early term fee since I was keeping the other. They lied..instead, they are "padding" my husband's bill, took a payment on the fourth, and today suspended his service because they decided to transfer the early term to his bill (in spite of being two totally separate contracts). Now today, "our system is down", but they can send me a "Customer Satisfaction Survey" by email.
Guess we WILL owe an early term fee...I just added hubs to my Verizon account and bought him a new Voyager.
