If it's true about the government not allowing to take over the bands, then I kinda feel bad for T-Mo. They're gettin' screwed pretty hard and every month they don't launch 3G it just gets exponentially worse. It kinda sucks too cause I wish there was another 3G GSM carrier in this country.

because the other 3 bribed government to stop releasing the band, that caused the AWS to become a fraud!
