The HTC Wallaby is a GSM smartphone featuring a large colour touchscreen display covering almost the entire front face, with smoothed edges surrounding it. As with the iPhone, the simple-to-use touch interface allows Internet browsing, music listening and the installation of many other apps. The big difference, however, is that the HTC Wallaby was first sold in 2002, five full years before the iPhone.

Ben

Comments on Samsung i900 to take on LG KS20?

actually thats your opinion. windows mobile sucks. i'd rather get the e90.

m.laan

Comments on Samsung i900 to take on LG KS20?

This Samsung has much more better class and style than your stupid Iphone that riped off LG Prada

and LG Prada is the world's 4th touch screen phone on the market than Iphone is in 5th HTC Wallaby is the world's first

David

Comments on Samsung i900 to take on LG KS20?

the orignal comment was about the style of the device. if you two read it you know. i never said that iphone was the best phone in the world.

m.laan

Comments on Samsung i900 to take on LG KS20?

Then the Original Style of this phone is based on the LG Prada. Prada was the 1st touch screen phone on the market and has the 3 buttons interface vs iphone's 1 button interface at the bottom. LG Prada/ AT&T LG Vu = to Samsung F490/ Sprint Samsung M800. LG KS20 (WinMo)= to Samsung i900 (WinMo). The only company that copies Apple's Iphone is that Chinese knockoff Meuizi or something. What innovations are you looking for? Both companies have Touch dumbphones and Touch smartphones.

LordObento

Comments on Samsung i900 to take on LG KS20?

After reading the original article (Italian is my 1st language), it's not 100% clear to me if they're saying that it has 8GB integrated memory and a microSD slot, or that it has a microSD slot through which it can be expanded to 8GB (and more as 12GB and 16GB cards become available later this year).

rav97

Comments on Samsung i900 to take on LG KS20?

Please, the iPhone's a toy with a stunning web-browser (and an amazing UI). Still it's a gross overstatement to call it a true smartphone. Give me Windows Mobile anyday...it may not be as pretty but it packs infinitely more functionality under the hood. Took me only a day of using the iPhone to realize it wasn't up to snuff unless you were a casual user (nothing wrong with that). But it's comparing a pretty and flashy moped to a crusty dirtbike...that dirtbike will go places, do things the moped could never pull off. Still no comparison unless you prefer blondes ;-)

Moco Binson
